January is a quiet month for cleaning and preparing for the spring programs, but we still have new books arriving and story times on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:30. New children's materials are listed with the Adult New Books on the link from the library's main page. So come on in and help us decorate with flying fish for the school vacation week in February. We want the room to look like a giant aquarium!
From time to time, we hear from Lucy Thibutot (Wms. 05) in Beirut, Lebanon where she teaches pre-school. Lucy was responsible for our wonderful Storytime Adventure Theater. She sends pictures and greetings to her friends at home. She spent the holidays in Paris with family and friends.
