There are many ways of supporting the library! Take a look below at the things you can do to help us.
If you have gently used books or other media (see below) you would like to donate to the Friends of the Milne Public Library, please email Friends@MilneLibraryFriends.org or call or text (413) 884-4119 to arrange a time to drop off books at the Milne Public Library. Donations of vintage, collectible and rare books are also welcome.
Accepted: hardcovers, paperbacks, textbooks, puzzles, games, CDs, DVDs and audiobooks on CD.
Not accepted: moldy, dirty or water-damaged books, encyclopedias, magazines, video and audio cassette tapes or Reader's Digest Condensed Books.
Chapter Two Books
Located on Spring Street in Williamstown's shopping district, Chapter Two Books offers customers a wide selection of used books in excellent condition at reasonable prices for a good cause. All of the store's proceeds go to support the David and Joyce Milne Public Library.
Join the Friends
You can support the library financially by becoming a Friend! Your contribution will go directly toward the many ways in which the Friends support the library. The state, town and board of trustees pay for the day-to-day operations of the library, while the Friends pay for media, improvements and programs.
