This is the kickoff event for the Milne Public Library's Coding Week! Have you 5th-8th grader join us from 10am-12pm for an interactive introduction to coding and computers. We will do basic coding exercises in Python, learn high level concepts about human-computer interaction and the relationship between hardware and software, and engage with binary (0101010111001). Bringing your own device to do exercises on is highly prefered (phone, computer, or tablet), but we have laptops you could borrow if it isn't possible to bring your own! Snacks will be provided. Have questions? Feel free to drop by the library, reach out to us by phone at (413) 458-5369, or visit our FAQ page for more information. You could also send an email to Douglas Pineda Gutierrez at dgutierrez@cwmars.org or to Ella Smith at  smithe@cwmars.org with your inquiries!
