About the Event
In this workshop, we’ll explore connections between the practice of meditation/mindfulness and the act of journal writing from the heart. Using poems as prompts for reflection, we’ll do short writing exercises that utilize image and close attention. Beginners and all levels are welcome; you just need a pen, paper and an open mind. This is an ideal workshop for those looking to restart or sustain a creative journaling practice.
