In honor of Black History Month, the Milne Public Library's Film Collection curator
compiled a list of "must watch" black films. This list was created with input from her friends, People of Color, so it comes from the best source! Most of the films are available through our library and inter-library loan. I have included a few titles that are only available through
Amazon Prime or Netflix because they were just too good to omit.
There is a lot of "Black Joy." Please balance your viewing.
Let's celebrate "Black Joy" as well as recognizing "Black Trauma."
