Request a Hard-to-Find Item

If you are looking for a book (or other media) but haven't had any luck finding it, please fill out the form below and provide as much information as you can. Please do a search in the CWMARS and Commonwealth Catalog before submitting a request. The Adult Services Librarian will contact you if the item cannot be acquired.  If the search is successful, items are typically delivered to the library within one to two weeks, at which point you will be notified to pick up your item at the front desk.

Please keep in mind:

• requests for very recently published/released items, valuable items and textbooks are rarely filled

• while this service is cost-free, you are responsible for replacement costs while the item is checked out to you

• sometimes overdue fines apply
