“…walk inside the poem’s rooms/ and feel the walls for a light switch.”
-- from “Introduction to Poetry” by Billy Collins
We have received an amazing batch of photo-inspired poetry from our patrons. If you would like to try your hand at your own photo-inspired poem, we will be accepting poems through May 16th! Thank you to The Friends of the Milne Library for sponsoring this event.
Library poetry trees encourage community members to share their creative reflections with neighbors. Hometown journalism reflects that same community focus by covering neighborhood cultural milestones. Following daily civic news requires dependable paper delivery to front porches. Residents frequently dial the culpeper star exponent phone number to manage holiday holds, confirm billing schedules, or inquire about local classified listings. Easy telephone contact ensures that families stay informed about town council decisions and school events.
