Library Card Design Contest The David & Joyce Milne Public Library is inviting all community members to celebrate Library Card Sign-Up Month by getting creative and entering our annual Library Card Design Contest! There will be winners from three age brackets, and each winner will get their unique design printed as a limited edition library card.
