Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Studio1095 is a shared, hands-on space where people can learn, create, experiment, and work on projects using a variety of tools, equipment, and materials. You might sew or explore fiber arts, record a podcast, experiment with electronics, create art, repair something, or try a new craft or skill. Whether you’re an experienced maker or simply curious to try something new, a makerspace offers opportunities to build skills, share ideas, connect with others, and turn your creativity into something tangible.

  • Everyone! Studio1095 is a place for curious people of all ages to explore, create, and try something new. Children under 10 are welcome with a supervising adult. And you don’t have to live in Williamstown or have a library card to use the space (although we’d love to get you one!). Just bring your curiosity and creativity.
