This summer, the David & Joyce Milne Public Library is participating in the TED Democracy Live program. The main event is a full day of virtual talks about democracy on Saturday, June 13. We will broadcast this event here and all are welcome to attend! You can see the full list of speakers here. Please note this is not available virtually from home; participating libraries and other groups will livestream the talks in front of a live audience in Philadelphia.
TED Democracy and Founding Futures have also awarded us a grant which allows us to host quite a few other events, including virtual author talks, two revolutionary-era reenactors, and a film showing paired with a craft. Check out the schedule below!
